And as words fail to describe all the ramifications greedy, here are some pearls to give you the latest mouthwatering: frog soup with Riesling, parsley flan; goose liver roasted cutlet honey heather (the photo ...); small monkfish tail with fresh morels, and juice fleischnacka powerful crustaceans pigeon nest, crispy pig's trotters and offal dressing ... And the sweet side? : There is the "fruit" with the cup of strawberries, vanilla and bourbon pistachio ice Piedmont or pineapple carpaccio drizzled with oil basillic, banana sorbet and passion and grog to leaks ... And the "chocolate" with chocolate "Madong" hot chocolate with honey and white emulsion in cacao.
GILG earlier contemporary
Petit passage Gilg hotel where four new rooms are the contemporary map, combining wood and clay coated tinted (flooring panels, boards), for a cheerful atmosphere, modern, a little Baroque, which also affects designer bathrooms varnish-coated pebbles. A real revolution in this traditional inn where the cuisine is still as good.
VAL JOLI father and son
It also moves the side of Valtin (Vosges) where the inn of Val-Joli renews and strengthens its gastronomic reputation.
