Please find below the description of my villa situated in a quite area, considered one of the most beautiful villages in France, classified site!
This is a very comfortable villa with a surface area of 180 sqm on two levels. The house dates from the seventeenth century and was completely renovated, it combines modern comforts with the rustic style of the thick stone walls of the country.
The property, located at the foot of the village in a typical Provencal, has a lovely view of the Fayence stretching almost 15 kilometers.
Small shops (bakeries, grocery stores, libraries ,...) are available without having to take the car. Lake St. Cassian is 10 minutes and the cities of Cannes and St Raphael are 30 minutes by car.
The villa has 4 bedrooms for up to 6 adults and 3 children

· The bathroom includes a laundry area (washing machine)
· Salon 65 M2, TV, fireplace, adjoining dining room with access to the terrace and garden
· Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric stove, oven ,..... plus a breakfast nook with access to the terrace and garden
· Garden of 600 m2 and ping-pong, tennis 500 m
· partly covered terrace for lunch in the shade, BBQ

MODE OF RESERVATION: Only receipt of the lease duly completed and signed in lieu of booking. No confirmation or reservation will be taken by phone. The tenant is not allowed to sublet the house even for free.
LIMITED NUMBER OF GUESTS: The rental being provided for a limited number of adults and children, the number of people under contract can not be exceeded. meetings people are not allowed (marriage, etc ... except by prior agreement of the owner in writing). The contribution Extra beds are not allowed. It is forbidden to set up tents in the garden.
ARRIVE AND DEPART : The appointment will be from 16.00 to the address of the rental. The tenant must confirm the appointment two hours before arrival by calling 06 86 86 88 05 . The tenant must make an appointment for exit formalities are 24 hours before departure. This must take place between 06:30 and 10:00 on the last day of the tenancy, to allow the owner to arrange the cleaning of the house. An inventory and an inventory of the furniture will be established contradictorily between the parties to the entry and exit of the leased premises.

The security deposit will be refunded to the tenant after the payment of any damages and expenses outstanding at the time of departure.
INSURANCE: The renter is responsible for all damage caused to the house, garden and outbuilding, throughout the rental period. The tenant must have insurance covering the rental risks. The tenant can make the owner responsible for any accident involving the body itself or any persons accompanying as well as for theft in the leased premises.
OBLIGATION OF LESSEE: The tenant must be a good father and ensure good housekeeping. It should do nothing that might harm the neighbors, especially in the evening after 2200. SUPPLIES: Linen (sheets, towels, etc.. ..) is not provided. All beds have a pillow per person and a mattress cover and a comforter.
